Ingredients
Cheese Ball Base:

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp garlic powder

Optional: A few drops of hot sauce
Coating Options (choose one or mix):

½ cup chopped pecans

2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives)

½ cup crushed crackers

2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions

Soften cream cheese: Let it sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.

Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, onions, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and hot sauce if using. Mix until smooth.

Form into a ball: Scoop onto plastic wrap. Wrap and shape into a ball. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Prepare coating: Spread chosen coating on a plate.

Roll cheese ball: Unwrap and roll it in the coating, pressing lightly so it sticks.

Serve: Place on a platter. Serve with crackers, veggies, or bread slices.
Notes
Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
You can make it ahead and add coating just before serving.
