Description

The Easy Fall Snack Board is a festive, no-bake autumn treat platter that doubles as edible décor. With cookies, chocolates, caramel corn, and pumpkin-inspired goodies, this board is colorful, cozy, and ready in just 15 minutes. Perfect for Halloween parties, fall gatherings, or a quick after-school surprise, it’s fun, stress-free, and crowd-pleasing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 frosted sugar cookies

  • 1 cup (85 g) pumpkin yogurt-covered pretzels

  • 2 cups (100 g) caramel corn

  • 6 pumpkin sandwich cookies

  • 4 pumpkin wafer cookies

  • 1 cup (85 g) candy corn

  • 6 wafer rolls

  • 4 pumpkin-shaped mini chocolates

  • 4 autumn leaf-shaped sandwich cookies

  • 1 small ceramic Halloween pumpkin (for candy corn)

  • 2 mini pumpkins (for decoration)

Instructions

  • Prepare a clean serving board or tray.

  • Arrange frosted sugar cookies diagonally in the top-left corner. Add caramel corn and scatter pretzels around.

  • Place leaf-shaped cookies just below the sugar cookies.

  • Add a mini pumpkin in the top-right corner. Surround with pumpkin sandwich cookies and wafer cookies. Fill gaps with pretzels.

  • Place a ceramic pumpkin filled with candy corn in the bottom-left corner. Add wafer rolls and scatter caramel corn.

  • Arrange leaf-shaped cookies in the bottom-right corner, along with pumpkin sandwich cookies.

  • Tuck pumpkin-shaped chocolates into any open spaces. Add mini pumpkins for décor.

Notes

Use odd numbers when grouping items for a natural look.

Layer textures for visual appeal (e.g., soft cookies next to crunchy caramel corn).

Break up too much orange with white elements like pretzels and frosted cookies.

Board doesn’t need to look perfect—festive fun is the goal.

Best served the day it’s assembled; store leftovers separately.
