Fluffy scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and melted cheese are wrapped in a golden, flaky crescent roll, creating a handheld breakfast that everyone will love. They’re great for meal prep, on-the-go meals, or a fun brunch idea!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 breakfast sausage links, cooked and cut in half
  • 4 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for scrambling eggs)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Scrambled Eggs:

    • In a non-stick pan, melt butter over medium heat.
    • Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper, then pour into the pan.
    • Cook gently, stirring occasionally, until just set. Remove from heat.
  • Assemble the Roll-Ups:

    • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
    • Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs at the wide end of each triangle.
    • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the eggs.
    • Add half of a sausage link on top.
    • Roll up each crescent starting from the wide end, tucking the filling inside.
  • Bake:

    • Place roll-ups on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve:

    • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as-is or with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

  • Substitute cheddar with pepper jack for a spicy kick.
  • Use pre-cooked sausage patties instead of links if preferred.
  • These roll-ups can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
