Description

The easiest homemade tiramisu you’ll ever make — creamy mascarpone, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and cocoa powder come together in a no-bake Italian dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cup heavy cream

8 ounce mascarpone cheese at room temperature

1/3 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cup strong espresso at room temperature

1 package ladyfingers

Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

1. Whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

2. Add mascarpone and gently mix until smooth.

3. Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer them in an 8×8 inch baking pan.

4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top.

5. Repeat the layers and finish with mascarpone on top.

6. Dust generously with cocoa powder.

7. Chill for 3 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use freshly brewed espresso and full-fat mascarpone. Chill overnight for deeper flavor.
