Description

A colorful no-bake farm animal snack board featuring pig rice cakes, sheep graham crackers, cheese chicks, fresh produce, pretzel fences, and cereal hay bales.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 plain mini rice cakes
  • 1/3 cup strawberry cream cheese
  • 4 strawberry slices
  • 8 banana half-moons
  • 8 mini chocolate chips
  • 8 tiny raisin pieces
  • 8 graham cracker squares
  • 1/2 cup plain cream cheese
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 24 candy eyes
  • 4 cheddar cheese rounds
  • 4 small carrot triangles
  • 32 pretzel sticks, divided
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup halved seedless grapes
  • 1 cup square cereal
  • 1 cup animal crackers
  • 1/2 cup ranch dip or yogurt dip

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes, cucumber, strawberries, and carrots.
  2. Slice the cucumber into rounds and halve the grapes lengthwise.
  3. Cut four strawberry snouts, eight banana ears, and four carrot beaks.
  4. Break eight pretzel sticks into short pieces for chick feet.
  5. Spread strawberry cream cheese over the four rice cakes.
  6. Decorate each rice cake with a strawberry snout, banana ears, chocolate chip eyes, and raisin nostrils.
  7. Spread plain cream cheese over each graham cracker square.
  8. Press mini marshmallows around the cracker edges and add two candy eyes to each sheep.
  9. Decorate each cheddar round with two candy eyes and a carrot beak.
  10. Place two short pretzel pieces beneath each cheese round for feet.
  11. Arrange cucumber and grapes on the board as farm fields.
  12. Add square cereal as hay bales and whole pretzel sticks as fences.
  13. Place the animal crackers around the farm scene.
  14. Add the ranch or yogurt dip and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Halve grapes lengthwise for young children.
  2. Use blueberry or raisin pieces instead of candy eyes when preferred.
  3. Assemble the crackers shortly before serving so they remain crisp.
  4. Keep dairy ingredients refrigerated until serving.
  5. Store wet and dry leftovers in separate airtight containers.
