Description

Alabama Fire Cracker Dip is a creamy, bold, and spicy cold dip made with ranch seasoning, cheese, and savory Southern spices, perfect for parties, game day, and casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Hot sauce, to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy
  2. Stir in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, cayenne, paprika, and black pepper
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and green onions
  4. Add hot sauce to taste and mix until evenly combined
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour before serving
