Description
Fudgy flourless brownie bites made with black beans, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips for a healthier chocolate dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tbsp regular cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Dutch cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup oil or almond butter or peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Fill mini muffin cups with batter.
- Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Notes
- Blend thoroughly for the smoothest texture.
- Do not skip the chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
