Description

This easy Fruit Dip is fluffy, creamy, and sweet, made with strawberry cream cheese and marshmallow fluff in just 2 minutes. Serve it with fresh strawberries, peaches, pineapple, grapes, apples, or melon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8-ounce) package strawberry cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow fluff
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons beet powder or a few drops red food coloring, optional
  • Fresh strawberries, peaches, pineapple, grapes, apple slices, or melon, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add softened strawberry cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Spoon in the marshmallow fluff.
  3. Stir with a fork until the mixture looks smooth, fluffy, and evenly blended.
  4. Add beet powder or red food coloring, if using, until the dip reaches your preferred pink color.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  6. Serve right away with fresh fruit, or cover and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  1. Use blueberry cream cheese or plain whipped cream cheese for a different flavor.
  2. Beet powder and red food coloring are optional and only add brighter color.
  3. Start with a small amount of color, then add more as needed.
  4. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  5. Stir gently before serving leftovers.
