Description
This easy Fruit Dip is fluffy, creamy, and sweet, made with strawberry cream cheese and marshmallow fluff in just 2 minutes. Serve it with fresh strawberries, peaches, pineapple, grapes, apples, or melon.

- 1 (8-ounce) package strawberry cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow fluff
- 2 to 3 teaspoons beet powder or a few drops red food coloring, optional
- Fresh strawberries, peaches, pineapple, grapes, apple slices, or melon, for serving
Instructions
- Add softened strawberry cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl.
- Spoon in the marshmallow fluff.
- Stir with a fork until the mixture looks smooth, fluffy, and evenly blended.
- Add beet powder or red food coloring, if using, until the dip reaches your preferred pink color.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Serve right away with fresh fruit, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use blueberry cream cheese or plain whipped cream cheese for a different flavor.
- Beet powder and red food coloring are optional and only add brighter color.
- Start with a small amount of color, then add more as needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
