Instructions
- Chill all juices and the ginger ale before preparing the punch.
- Wash and slice the lemon, orange, and strawberries. Rinse the cranberries and mint.
- Pour the orange juice, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and 1 cup pineapple juice into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Stir the juices until evenly combined, then taste and add the remaining pineapple juice or extra lemon juice as desired.
- Cover and refrigerate the juice base until serving time.
- Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled ginger ale.
- Stir gently once or twice to preserve the carbonation.
- Add ice cubes or frozen cranberries.
- Garnish with lemon, orange, strawberries, cranberries, and mint.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Chill every ingredient before mixing so the punch needs less ice.
- Add the ginger ale immediately before serving to preserve the fizz.
- Use frozen cranberries or frozen citrus slices instead of ice to reduce dilution.
- For a less sweet punch, replace half of the ginger ale with plain sparkling water.
- Remove citrus slices before storing leftovers to prevent bitterness.
