Description

These bright, colorful Fruity Pebbles cookies are chewy with a crunchy topping and perfect for festive occasions.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/3 cups Fruity Pebbles
  • 2 cups + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets
  2. Crush Fruity Pebbles into crumbs
  3. Mix dry ingredients together
  4. Cream butter and sugar
  5. Add eggs and vanilla
  6. Combine with dry ingredients
  7. Form dough balls
  8. Bake 10-15 minutes
  9. Cool cookies
  10. Dip in glaze and coat with cereal

Notes

  1. Do not overmix dough
  2. Add topping before serving for crunch
