Description

This rich and creamy one-pot pasta is made with savory ground beef, garlic butter, and a parmesan sauce for an easy and comforting dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and brown the ground beef.
  2. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth and milk and stir well.
  4. Add pasta and Italian seasoning and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in butter and parmesan until creamy.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  1. Use heavy cream instead of milk for extra richness.
  2. Add mushrooms or spinach before simmering for variation.
  3. Store leftovers up to 3 days and reheat with a splash of milk.
