- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

- Chopped fresh parsley optional garnish
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat
- Add steak cubes in batches and sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned
- Remove steak from the pan and set aside
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet
- Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant
- Return steak to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter
- In a separate saucepan melt butter and sauté garlic briefly
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce becomes smooth
- Serve steak bites with Parmesan cream sauce and garnish with parsley
