- 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Pat steak bites dry and season with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
- Sear steak bites 1-2 minutes per side until browned, then remove from skillet
- Add butter and minced garlic, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant
- Add zucchini and cook 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp
- Return steak bites and toss to coat in garlic butter
- Cook another 1-2 minutes until heated through
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately
