Description

Ghost OREO Ball Truffles are quick, no-bake delights that combine crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and a white chocolate coating for a fun Halloween treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo Cookies (or gluten-free Oreos)

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (use full-fat for a richer taste)

  • 12 oz White Chocolate (milk or dark chocolate can be substituted)

  • Sprinkles or Edible Eyes (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Pulse Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.

  2. Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  3. Scoop portions and roll into small balls, shaping them into ghost-like figures.

  4. Chill truffles on parchment paper for 15 minutes to firm up.

  5. Melt white chocolate in short bursts (20–30 seconds), stirring until smooth.

  6. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage.

  7. Add edible eyes or sprinkles before the coating sets.

  8. Let the truffles rest at room temperature until chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.

Notes

Best served chilled. These truffles can sit out for a few hours during parties but are best stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze in an airtight container and thaw before serving.
