Description

Graduation Cap Cookies are easy no-bake treats made with miniature peanut butter cups, thin mints, frosting, and chocolate candy for a fun graduation dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 miniature peanut butter cups
  • 1 tube (4.25 ounces) decorating frosting in color of your choice
  • 24 After Eight thin mints
  • 24 milk chocolate M&M’s in color of your choice or 24 semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Remove the paper liners from the miniature peanut butter cups and place them upside down on waxed paper.
  2. Pipe a small amount of decorating frosting onto each upside-down peanut butter cup.
  3. Center one thin mint on top of each peanut butter cup and press gently so it sticks.
  4. Use the frosting to make a small loop on top of each mint to create the tassel detail.
  5. Place one milk chocolate M&M or one semisweet chocolate chip on top of each frosting loop.
  6. Let the cookies set briefly, then arrange and serve.

Notes

  1. Keep the candies cool while assembling so the chocolate stays firm.
  2. Match the frosting and candy colors to school colors for a themed presentation.
  3. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate if your kitchen is warm.
