- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp with olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper for about 10 minutes.
- Combine corn, red onion, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro to make the corn salsa and season lightly.
- Mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt until smooth, thinning with water if needed.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and grill shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until opaque.
- Assemble the bowl with grilled shrimp, top with corn salsa, and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish with additional cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
