- 13 oz tortilla chips
- 16 oz salsa con queso
- 3 tomatoes, cubed
- 2 large avocados, cubed
- Green onion, chopped
- 8 oz refried beans
- 1–2 teaspoons taco seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black olives, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Prepare tomatoes, avocados, and green onions and set aside.
- Cook ground beef with taco seasoning and salt until browned.
- Warm salsa con queso over low heat until smooth.
- Heat refried beans with a little water until bubbling.
- Warm tortilla chips on a baking sheet in the oven.
- Layer beef, beans, queso, and toppings over chips and serve hot.
