Description

Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 13 oz tortilla chips
  • 16 oz salsa con queso
  • 3 tomatoes, cubed
  • 2 large avocados, cubed
  • Green onion, chopped
  • 8 oz refried beans
  • 12 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black olives, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare tomatoes, avocados, and green onions and set aside.
  3. Cook ground beef with taco seasoning and salt until browned.
  4. Warm salsa con queso over low heat until smooth.
  5. Heat refried beans with a little water until bubbling.
  6. Warm tortilla chips on a baking sheet in the oven.
  7. Layer beef, beans, queso, and toppings over chips and serve hot.
