- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, salt, pepper, spices, and chopped dill until evenly combined.
- Arrange bread slices on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread beef mixture evenly over each slice, pressing gently to cover the surface.

- Bake for 18–20 minutes until beef reaches 160°F internally and cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Lightly toast bread for 3–4 minutes before adding beef to prevent sogginess.
