- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the ground chicken for 5 to 7 minutes.

- Stir in zucchini and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add rice, broth, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
