Description

Hawaiian Poke Cake is a moist tropical dessert made with pineapple, coconut, and whipped topping, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish
  2. Prepare cake mix and pour into dish
  3. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden
  4. Cool slightly and poke holes
  5. Mix pineapple juice and coconut milk and pour over cake
  6. Sprinkle coconut on top
  7. Spread whipped topping and garnish with fruit
