Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wash peaches thoroughly, then halve and remove pits.
- Whisk honey, vanilla bean seeds, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and sea salt in a small bowl.
- Arrange peaches cut side up in a baking dish.
