Description
A refreshing iced rhubarb tea made with simple ingredients for a light summer drink.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rhubarb stalks, chopped
- 1 tablespoon organic sugar or stevia
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Wash and chop the rhubarb into small pieces.
- Place rhubarb and water in a saucepan and cover.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain into a glass container.
- Stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Refrigerate until cold and serve over ice.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Add lemon or mint for extra flavor.
- Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
