Ingredients

- 1 package frozen hashbrowns (30 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Thaw hashbrowns until soft
- Break hashbrowns into small pieces
- Mix hashbrowns with cheese and bacon
- Add seasonings and stir well
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard
- Combine sauce with hashbrown mixture
- Form mixture into small balls
- Place on lined baking sheet
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden
- Cool slightly before serving
