Ingredients
- Graham crackers
- Unsalted butter
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Key lime juice
- Key lime zest
- Vanilla extract
- Sour cream
- Egg yolks
- Heavy cream
- Granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter.
- Press crumbs firmly into pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Lower oven temperature to 325°F.
- Whisk condensed milk, lime juice, zest, vanilla, and sour cream.
- Add egg yolks and mix until smooth.
- Pour filling over crust and tap pan to remove air bubbles.
- Bake for 17 to 18 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Whip cream with sugar and spread on top.
- Slice into bars and serve.
