Description

Fresh and creamy Mango Strawberry Sorbet made with frozen fruit and simple ingredients in just minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, or regular milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

Instructions

  1. Add the milk, maple syrup, frozen strawberries, and frozen mango to a blender.
  2. Blend using the frozen or highest-speed setting until mostly smooth.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  4. Continue blending until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
  5. Serve immediately for a soft texture or freeze briefly for a firmer scoop.

Notes

  1. Use coconut milk for a creamier texture.
  2. You can replace strawberries with mixed berries or raspberries.
  3. Honey works instead of maple syrup but is not vegan.
  4. Allow frozen fruit to soften slightly if your blender struggles.
