Description

Marry Me Cookies deliver a chewy center, crisp edges, and a rich mix of oats and chocolate chips. This easy recipe creates irresistible treats perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

1 ¼ cups light brown sugar

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 cup old-fashioned oats

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.

2. Mix melted butter with brown and granulated sugar until smooth.

3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.

4. Whisk flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

5. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.

6. Fold in chocolate chips.

7. Chill the dough for 1 hour.

8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.

9. Roll dough into balls and place on the sheet.

10. Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.

11. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.

Notes

Chill the dough for deeper flavor.

Press extra chocolate chips on top before baking.

Add a pinch of sea salt after baking for contrast.
