Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat
  2. Grill corn on the cob turning occasionally until tender and lightly charred about 8 to 10 minutes

  4. Sprinkle cotija cheese cilantro and chili powder over the corn
  5. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the corn
