Description

Mini Grilled Cheese Hearts are bite-sized, heart-shaped grilled cheese sandwiches that turn golden and melty, perfect for dipping into tomato soup for Valentine’s Day or kids lunches.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 slices sandwich bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cut each slice of bread into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
  2. Place shredded cheese between two bread hearts to form a sandwich.
  3. Spread butter evenly on the outside of each sandwich.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.

Notes

  1. Use sharp cheddar for bolder flavor.
  2. Cook over medium heat to prevent burning.
  3. Serve immediately for best texture.
