Description

A creamy no-bake peach cheesecake made with cream cheese, peach gelatin, whipped topping, vanilla dry coffee creamer, and a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 blocks cream cheese, softened, 8 ounces each
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 box peach flavored gelatin, 3 ounces
  • 1/3 cup vanilla flavored dry coffee creamer
  • 1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed, 8 ounces
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
  • Optional: sliced peaches or extra whipped topping for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and beat it with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add the granulated sugar, peach gelatin powder, and vanilla dry coffee creamer. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Add the thawed whipped topping and mix until the filling looks light, creamy, and evenly blended.
  4. Spread the peach cheesecake filling evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

  1. Use any gelatin flavor to change the cheesecake flavor.
  2. Use dry coffee creamer, not prepared liquid creamer.
  3. Chill longer for cleaner slices.
  4. Add fresh peach slices on top just before serving, if desired.
