Nutter Butter Pie is a no-bake dessert that brings together creamy peanut butter, crushed cookies, and a rich, fluffy filling—all with minimal effort. It’s the perfect treat for parties, picnics, or cozy nights in. With its easy prep and irresistible flavor, this pie is always a hit.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust:

  • 24 Nutter Butter cookies, crushed

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Optional Toppings:

  • Extra whipped topping

  • Crushed Nutter Butter cookies

  • Melted peanut butter drizzle

Instructions

  • Make the Crust:

    • Crush cookies using a food processor or by hand in a zip bag.

    • Mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.

    • Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 20–30 minutes.

  • Make the Filling:

    • Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.

    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat again.

    • Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula.

  • Assemble the Pie:

    • Spoon filling into the chilled crust. Spread evenly.

    • Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

  • Serve:

    • Top with whipped topping, crushed cookies, or peanut butter drizzle before serving.

Notes

Add a layer of chocolate ganache or syrup for a rich twist.

Use vegan cream cheese and plant-based whipped topping for a dairy-free version.

The crust can be swapped with graham crackers or chocolate cookies.

Best served chilled. Do not freeze for long periods—texture may change.
