Description

A classic Southern party punch made with pineapple sherbet, pineapple juice, citrus concentrates, and ginger ale.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 46 ounces pineapple juice
  • 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 12 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 quart pineapple sherbet
  • 1 quart cold ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Freeze pineapple juice for 24 hours.
  2. Remove pineapple juice from freezer 2 hours before serving.
  3. Prepare lemonade concentrate according to package directions.
  4. Prepare orange juice concentrate according to package directions.
  5. Add partially frozen pineapple juice to punch bowl.
  6. Add pineapple sherbet and break into chunks.
  7. Pour in prepared lemonade and orange juice.
  8. Add cold ginger ale.
  9. Stir thoroughly while leaving small frozen pieces.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Add sherbet and ginger ale shortly before serving.
  2. Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  3. Freeze leftovers for up to 1 month.
  4. Stir well before serving leftovers.
