Description

A refreshing citrus and berry punch made with juice concentrates and ginger ale. Perfect for summer parties, picnics, and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 170 g frozen citrus juice blend concentrate, thawed
  • 170 g frozen berry juice blend concentrate, thawed
  • 2 liters ginger ale, chilled
  • Orange slices, optional
  • Sliced strawberries, optional
  • Blueberries, optional
  • Ice cubes or punch ice ring

Instructions

  1. Combine thawed citrus juice concentrate and berry juice concentrate in a large punch bowl.
  2. Slowly pour chilled ginger ale down the side of the bowl.
  3. Stir gently to combine while preserving carbonation.
  4. Add ice cubes or a prepared punch ice ring.
  5. Garnish with orange slices, strawberries, and blueberries if desired.
  6. Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.

Notes

  1. Use punch instead of water when making an ice ring to avoid dilution.
  2. Prepare the ice ring the night before serving.
  3. Add ginger ale just before serving for maximum fizz.
