Description

Fresh peaches, creamy burrata, crispy parmesan bread, and hot honey create the perfect summer appetizer with bold flavor and texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread or French baguette, sliced
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated pecorino cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 ounces prosciutto
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • Hot honey
  • Fresh basil
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix parmesan, pecorino, garlic, thyme, butter, and pepper on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly and place bread slices on top.
  4. Brush bread with remaining butter and arrange prosciutto around the pan.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until crisp and golden.
  6. Transfer bread to a serving platter.
  7. Tear burrata over the bread.
  8. Top with peach slices and crispy prosciutto.
  9. Finish with basil and hot honey before serving.
