- 2 cups peaches, diced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 12-cup muffin pan.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in diced peaches.
- Fill muffin cups two-thirds full.
- Mix cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
