Description

Creamy layered peach pudding with vanilla wafers, fresh peaches, whipped cream, and buttery crumble.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ cups cold water
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 box Nilla wafers
  • 68 peaches
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Whisk condensed milk, water, and pudding; chill 1 hour
  2. Cook peaches with sugars and lemon; add cornstarch and chill
  3. Mix crumble ingredients together
  4. Whip cream and fold pudding into cream
  5. Layer pudding, wafers, peaches, and crumble
  6. Repeat layers and refrigerate 4–6 hours

Notes

  1. Chill thoroughly before serving
  2. Use ripe peaches
  3. Serve cold
