Description
Sweet, tangy, and packed with ripe fruit flavor, this easy peach lemonade combines prepared lemonade, fresh peaches, and mint in one colorful summer pitcher.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 cups prepared lemonade, homemade or store-bought
- 4 to 5 ripe peaches
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, plus more for garnish
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare 8 cups of lemonade according to your preferred recipe or package directions, then chill it.
- Wash and slice the peaches, remove the pits, and reserve about one-quarter of the slices for the pitcher and garnish.
- Add the remaining peaches to a blender with 1 cup of prepared lemonade and 1 tablespoon fresh mint.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the peach mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher for a thinner texture, or skip straining for a fuller fruit texture.
- Add the remaining prepared lemonade to the pitcher and stir thoroughly.
- Add the reserved peach slices and optional lemon slices.
- Serve immediately over ice or chill until ready to serve.
- Garnish each glass with fresh mint and a peach slice.
Notes
- Use ripe, fragrant peaches for the strongest flavor and smoothest texture.
- Taste the prepared lemonade before blending because sweetness varies between brands and homemade recipes.
- Add ice to individual glasses rather than the pitcher to prevent dilution.
- Store leftovers in a covered pitcher in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Stir well before serving because natural peach pulp may settle.
