- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or foil and spray lightly.
- Mix vanilla wafer crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter.
- Press mixture evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes and cool.
- Whisk peach nectar, flour, 2 1/2 cups sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour filling over cooled crust.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes until filling is set.
- Cool completely.
- Refrigerate if desired for easier slicing.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
