Description

These peach pie overnight oats taste like peach pie! Loaded with fresh, juicy peaches and warm spices, this combo is packed with flavor and nutrition.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 12 teaspoons maple syrup, honey or preferred sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peaches
  • Extra chopped peaches for topping

Instructions

  1. Add oats, almond milk, sweetener, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and chopped peaches to a mason jar.
  2. Stir thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
  3. Place the lid on the jar and shake gently.
  4. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 30 to 60 minutes.
  5. Remove from refrigerator and top with extra chopped peaches.
  6. Serve directly from the jar or transfer to a bowl.

Notes

  1. Honey or another liquid sweetener can replace maple syrup.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
