Description

Pizza Roses are an easy Valentine’s Day recipe made with pizza dough, marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni, baked into charming rose shapes for a simple yet romantic dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2024 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface.
  3. Slice the dough horizontally into six long strips.
  4. Spread marinara sauce evenly over each strip.
  5. Place mozzarella slices on top of the sauce.
  6. Line pepperoni along the top edge of each strip with half hanging over.
  7. Roll each strip tightly into a rose shape.
  8. Place each rose upright into the muffin tin.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  1. Use light sauce to keep the dough crisp.
  2. Roll the dough tightly so the roses hold their shape.
  3. Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
