Description

Potsticker Noodle Bowls turn classic dumpling flavors into a fast one-pan noodle dinner with pork, cabbage, and a savory soy-based sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces wide Lo Mein noodles
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions for garnish
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons mirin sweet cooking rice wine
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
  • 4 cups bagged coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. Boil, drain, and rinse the Lo Mein noodles according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add ground pork and 1/4 cup green onions and cook until fully browned.
  4. Whisk together chicken broth, mirin, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha.
  5. Add noodles, coleslaw mix, and sauce to the skillet.
  6. Toss and cook until coated and sauce slightly reduces.
  7. Garnish with remaining green onions and serve.

Notes

  1. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  2. Reheat gently in a skillet with a splash of chicken broth.
  3. Freezing is not recommended.
