Description

A creamy Raspberry Peach Smoothie made with frozen raspberries, fresh peaches, vanilla Greek yogurt, and almond milk. This quick fruit smoothie works well for breakfast or an easy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh peaches
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk

Instructions

  1. Pour the vanilla almond milk into the blender.
  2. Add the vanilla Greek yogurt and chopped fresh peaches.
  3. Add the frozen raspberries last.
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high for 2 minutes.
  5. Stop the blender and scrape down the sides with a spatula.
  6. Blend for another 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add more almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, when you prefer a thinner texture.
  8. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. For extra protein, add one scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder.
  2. Use frozen peaches for a thicker and colder smoothie.
  3. Add almond milk one tablespoon at a time when the smoothie feels too thick.
  4. For extra sweetness, add one teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
  5. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
