- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 jar seedless raspberry jam (9–12 ounces)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Mix butter, flour, sugar, and egg on low speed until crumbly.
- Reserve 1 1/2 cups of mixture for topping.
- Press remaining dough evenly into prepared pan.
- Spread raspberry jam evenly over crust.
- Crumble reserved topping over jam and press lightly.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
