Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Place zucchini, olive oil, and garlic on the baking sheet and toss to coat.
- Arrange zucchini in a single layer with one cut side facing down.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Flip zucchini and bake for another 8 minutes until golden.
- Mix basil, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, and salt in a small bowl.
- Remove zucchini from oven and sprinkle with seasonings.
- Toss gently and serve immediately.
