Description

Sausage Cream Cheese Biscuit Bites are warm, cheesy, bite-sized snacks that are perfect for parties, brunches, or holiday gatherings. Each golden pastry is filled with creamy, seasoned sausage, making it an irresistible finger food that’s easy to prepare and even easier to devour.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

  • Optional: 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat, crumbling as it cooks. Drain and cool slightly.

  • In a bowl, mix sausage with cream cheese until smooth. Stir in cheddar, onions, or seasonings if using.

  • Cut biscuits in half and roll each half into a ball. Flatten into 2–3 inch circles.

  • Spoon filling into the center of each dough round. Pinch the edges to seal or leave open on top.

  • Place in a mini muffin tin or on a baking tray.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store-bought biscuit dough keeps things quick, but homemade works too.

Add sharp cheddar, pepper jack, or other cheeses for variety.

Serve with ranch, honey mustard, or marinara for dipping.
