Description

Quick and flavorful sauteed zucchini made with butter, garlic, and simple seasonings in just 10 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add zucchini in a single layer and cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and push zucchini to the sides.
  4. Add butter to the center and melt completely.
  5. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Stir everything together.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Do not overcrowd the pan.
  2. Avoid stirring constantly for better browning.
  3. Fresh herbs or Parmesan cheese make excellent additions.
