Description

Crispy savory seed crackers made with flaxseeds, chia seeds, and mixed seeds. Naturally gluten-free, low-carb, and perfect for dipping or snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/3 cups flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine flaxseeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds in a large bowl.
  2. Add salt, smoked paprika, and dried oregano and stir well.
  3. Pour in water and olive oil and mix thoroughly.
  4. Let mixture rest 20–30 minutes until thick and gel-like.
  5. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Spread mixture thinly (about 1/8 inch thick) on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 35–45 minutes until firm and dry.
  8. Cool completely, then break or cut into crackers.

Notes

  1. Flip halfway through baking for extra crispiness.
  2. Return broken crackers to oven 5–10 minutes for more crunch.
  3. Store in airtight container up to 1 week.
  4. Customize with garlic powder, chili flakes, or Italian seasoning.
