Description
Individual Seven-Layer Dips are layered Mexican appetizer cups perfect for parties, BBQs, and potlucks. Each serving includes beans, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese, and fresh toppings.
Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup chunky salsa or pico de gallo
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced olives, drained
- 8 plastic tumblers or clear cups
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Mix taco seasoning with refried beans in a small bowl until well combined
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the seasoned beans into the bottom of each cup
- Add about 2 tablespoons of sour cream as the second layer
- Add about 2 tablespoons of guacamole as the third layer
- Add about 2 tablespoons of salsa or pico de gallo as the fourth layer
- Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese for the fifth layer
- Add diced tomatoes for the sixth layer
- Top with sliced olives and green onions as the seventh layer
- Garnish with one tortilla chip and refrigerate until serving
Notes
- Drain salsa or pico de gallo before layering to prevent excess liquid
- Pipe sour cream and guacamole from a zip-top bag for cleaner layers
- Add fresh toppings just before serving if preparing ahead
- Layer thickness can be adjusted based on preference
