Quick and easy sheet pan breadsticks made with simple ingredients, butter, Parmesan, and garlic seasoning for a soft and flavorful side dish.
Ingredients

- 1½ cups warm water (105°–115°F)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 3¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Add warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt to a mixing bowl and let sit 5–10 minutes until bubbly
- Slowly add flour using a dough hook and mix until dough forms a loose ball
- Cover bowl and let dough rise 30–45 minutes until doubled
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Prepare sheet pan with parchment paper and pour half the melted butter on the bottom
- Place dough on pan and press outward to cover entire surface
- Pour remaining butter over dough
- Sprinkle Parmesan, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning evenly
- Let dough rise again 15–20 minutes
- Cut dough into rows using a pizza cutter
- Bake 18–20 minutes until edges are lightly golden
- Cool a few minutes before serving
Notes
- Use warm water between 105°F and 115°F for proper yeast activation
- Finely grated Parmesan spreads evenly for better flavor
- Allow the second rise so the breadsticks stay soft and fluffy
