- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and bake prepared potatoes until fork-tender.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet and cook with onion, carrots, and garlic.
- Stir in seasonings, tomato paste, and broth, then simmer until thickened.
- Mash baked potato flesh with milk, butter, and seasoning.
- Fill potato skins with meat mixture and top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake until lightly golden and serve warm.
