Description
This slow cooker queso dip is creamy, hearty, and perfect for serving a large crowd at parties, game day, or family gatherings.
Ingredients

- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained (10 ounces each)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Spray the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
- Brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked and drain
- Add taco seasoning with water per packet instructions and cook until liquid evaporates
- Add cooked beef, cubed cheese, and drained tomatoes to the slow cooker
- Stir well and cook on low until cheese is fully melted, stirring occasionally
- Switch to warm setting and serve with tortilla chips
Notes
- Make ahead by cooking and seasoning the beef in advance
- Keep warm using the slow cooker warm setting while serving
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days
- Freeze up to 6 months and thaw before reheating
- Reheat on low and add milk if needed to loosen texture
